Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due diligence fees are non-refundable once the engagement begins
  • Project fees are fully refundable if cancelled before work begins
  • Once work has commenced, clients are billed for work completed
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days

Privacy Policy

  • We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details)
  • Information used solely to provide services and communicate with you
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties
  • Client financial data is confidential with appropriate security measures

Terms of Service

  • Services provided on a project basis per individual agreements
  • Typical payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
